pic 1 - paints stressed / cracked. Will eventually peel and flake = rust

pic 2 - the line is caused by respray at some point. T cut will remove but before it removed the line your rubbing will remove the surrounding paint (thinner than the line). Best thing to do is mash off just above and below the line - leaving the line exposed then very carefully with some 1000 wet n dry - wet (not dripping), sand it back. Make sure just the line is exposed. You can only sand to the masking tape - then polish it using lambs wool mop on a drill end (take it easy and use super resin polish). It'll always be there.

If its on the same side as the stressed paint in pic one, I;d sand back and respray the whole side.

pic 3 - if you mean around the indicator looks like vthe start of paint bubbling - if you mean inside the lens is supposed to be bubbly to refract the orange of the bulb when it flashes. The big blob could be water or just the mould making process when the lens was formed. heat it with a hairdryer and see what it does. If condensation it'll vanish

as ade said on the second pic. It has had a re-spray at some point up to the pin stripe. I use 1200 grade sand paper nice and wet. Circular motion round the edge you can see. Sand very lightly and keep it wet. Use your finger on the paint work to see if the edge is still there.

When done buff it up with polish.

Go two-tone. Paint the top a different colour.
