After getting on well this morning with fitting things up for mot the afternoon didn't go so well after running for 5 mins this was the result :(

Only thing i see is what looks like dog **** round the center of the inlet cam! lol

It's all like mayo. Hg failed, pretty annoyed as its done 0 miles since rebuild

Eh? From that pic it look like you forgot a rocker cover gasket. Hence the oil in the plug bores...ask Benn about this LOL

As above, wip it off and send it for crack testing.
Any oil in the coolant?

Hmm you have a point as we wondered why there was oil in there. It did have the gasket on yeah. No oil in header tank, lots of water in sump

i had the above problem, and it turned out to be the exhaust mainifold stud that i put in near the temp sender was to long and went threw the water jacket and into the cam area, and mixed the two together, i was pissed of big time, almost got the hammer out!

Yeah I'm pretty certain that's not the case. Get the head whipped off and see what's what

Unlikely to be h/gasket with that much emulsification after such a short time!
Head cracked or incorrect gasket!

Bugger thought that had been forgotten about.... Lol.
I fitted it, just not quite right... Lol.


Tbh it done look bad, flush it thought with clean oil, run it and change it, then see what it looks like...

**good news** is the head is off and found the problem and the head and gasket is good






**bad news** the block is fcuked has a crack in 2&3
