You will be lucky for that part you will probably have to fabricate it yourself rear inners are very hard to find

Inner tubs are not easy to get hold of, you will be better off remaking it from plate.
Mk2's seem to rot for the fun of it! Is the chassis leg OK?

Legs are impossible to find new, been NLS for years.

Just cut out the rot, get good quality sheet steel and cut to shape, trying to replace that panel without removing section of the floor would be near impossable, also it hold the mount for the rear seatbelt, it is situated in a cavity between the chassis leg and boot floor.

Seriously check the chassis leg for structural strength as the rear beam mounts are quite important

even if chassis leg needs work i assume they are fixable with a good welder and a bit of patients apart from rust anything i should be looking out for?

Alignment, if you remove the leg or mount you'll have to make sure it's spot on when reattached, I mean mm perfect.
