My cousin is pregnant and has been paying monthly for a pushchair. She has paid a deposit on the pushchair which she is going to pay off Thursday,
She added a rain cover and carry cot to the order, problem she has is that family members have bought the carry cot and rain cover.

Now the shop she was going to buy from is saying she cannot cancel them off her order and has to pay for them,

We're does it stand her? Surely she does not have to buy them?

Can the family members not just take the carrycot and rain cover back? Then give her the refunded money

They were bought off eBay, so non refundable...

Bought from a company on ebay or a private seller on ebay?

Private seller.

They both stated that they were non-refundable, they were bought 2-3 months ago and were ment to be a suprise for her, but as she didnt she had added them to the order at the shop to later find out she had them and now the shop are kicking up a fuss but she paid no deposit on the covers or cot so in my opinion she has signed no agreement to commit to buying them?

If she has added them to the order that already has a deposit placed on it then technically it could be argued that she has.

Just sell them on on ebay

Where ever she got the items from she'd need to read the terms & conditions of sale to see what can be done in terms of cancellation etc.
