I hate people who just post links for cheap cars/parts to ebay... but thats why this is in general not the for sale section.

Ive put it up so people can discuss if its worth buying or not, i am tempted for that money....

yeah it needs work, but i would rather buy it at that price and do the work myself than pay over the odds for someone else to not have done it right.

wouldnt bother me as long as it has the logbook and vin numbers that match up with the DVLA. All the other parts you could get for about ?3-400

im unaware how u wud prove it to be a sport

as to me the only nova sporty thing about it is the tailgate, that looks accurate and also its on a c plate

the log book and vin plate will show it as a base model nova, so i assume ud have to check the numbers with the nova sport club or whatever?

i cannot see how u can prove its a nova sport? is there a register of some kind?

if so then yes id probly do it as a restoration project. cos they are rarer and it would be worth it. esp if u went all the way back to original. e.g decals the lot and kept it looking like it should be :D

what is the difference between the sport models (appart from rarity and graphics etc). is the sport not just a 1.3 SR with different styling? how much bhp do the have and what difference does the optional 40's make?

I bet it's not the 'sport' interior, probably just and early SR one which aren't very rare tbh, the main difference being that the sport rear back rests didn't have the 70/30 split in them like the SR's did (At least I think that's correct - I'm sure Ste will correct me if not!!)
