E16se on bike carbs fuel issue

Hi hoping you can all help.
i have a mini with an e16se engine running kawasaki zxr9 carbs and the pump of the bike too.

When i open up the throttle the car farts about and dies and the fuel pump continues to click but looking at my clear hose section near the carbs theres no fuel, so disconnect that and fuel pumps... reconnect and car starts and drives fine untill you give it a blast then you have to repeat the whole proceudure!

so is my fuel pump not powerfull enough, its mounted at the rear under the tank then obviously has to pump to the front of the car.

question is is anyone running the same set-up succesfully or am i better off going with a facet pump

Thanks Swedge you have pm. turns out fuel doesnt flow through flat pipes! idiot! crushed one of the lines and didnt check! took everything apart and did all the crap jobs when all i had to do was check the lines!
