XE Oil Cooler Sandwich Plate Seal

Hi
I have refitted by XE Vauxhall oil cooler sandwich plate.
Started car up & have a slight leak that looks like its coming from where the plate meets the block.
There is a rubber seal & I suppose that's best place to start.
Anybody know if Vauxhall sell this item or where I can get one?

Can't you just use an oiil filter one?

No - they are different - I had the same issue with mine - I had to buy a new sandwhich plate, as I think they are sold together!

Will try seal from a filter but be damn lucky if its a perfect fit.

Will try Vauxhall Monday & see how i get on.

How much was a new sandwich plate Will?

i'm having a memory moment..... a few years back, we had a sandwich plate leak on an astra mk3 low blow td... and the local dealer had the seals on the shelf...
