That's 2 minutes from my house. The link doesnt work but wasnt it an old man driving it? I remember seeing it in the paper and said poor nova straight away lol iirc i actually tried to drive through at the time but had to be directed, didnt see it was a nova at the time :(

Same link as mine lol

I don't think it was a young driver or else i would of heard who it was. There's quite a lot of white novas around here but im sure it wasnt any of them that i knew. That road is awful for crashes, iirc 3 happened in that month on the same place. It isnt a high speed road, it just has crossings straight after blind corners or humps. Was only 1 mile away from when i knocked a pedestrian over :wtf:

That confused me, im sure it was lol I check the local paper everyday and havnt seen anything about it since, no doubt because it's a nova the driver will be done for it, we'll see.

Got told today it was a young lad driving it and he's been charged with death by dangerous driving

Apparently it's Martin Yeate's (Mertle) cousin, a lad from Longridge Lee

Sgt Dave Hogarth said: “We are still working to establish exactly what has happened but we believe the white Vauxhall Nova was travelling along High Street towards Blackburn when the collision occurred.

Why do they always have to state the bleeding obvious!
No doubt another bad mark against what people perceive as the 'typical Nova driver'.
