out of curiosity whats a 20xej out of?

A 20xej is out of a Astra gte beleive it was made between 84-91 I think. an also been told
It has a lighter/stronger crank an mahl forge pistons but nt 100%

Early engines tend to put out more power as there is less chance of euro emissions rubbish IIRC 156BHP was the output of the XEJ

20xej came in vectra-a/cavalier between 1990 - 1995 and put out 150bhp
20xe/j came in kadett-e/astra/belmont between 1988-1991 and put out 156bhp according to autodata.
