ok so with my big block conversion, my plugs that usualy go into the fan and temp switch (bottom of radiator) dont fit

ive cut the plugs off and fitted some spade connectors, is there anyway of telling which way they go on or is it just a guessing game?

im sure both wires are just brown and brown and white

For the temp switch it doesn't matter.

so i can just put the wires any way round on the radiator sensor?

then just earth the cable to check if i have the fan wired correctly?

Well the switch only works by bridging the connectors so I can't see it mattering which way round they're on. To trigger the fan manually touch the two wires going to the fan switch together.

yeah i used to have a wire running from the switch to a toggle switch so i could turn it on when i wanted, ill just touch the wires together and see if the fan comes on if not ill swap the wires round on the fan and try again
