thats bloody good for a fiver - if you can repair it properly and fit it to a bonnet will look well smart!

As you can see the vent is actually the whole bonnet for the VX220.

Paul

Yep. Its actually the whole bonnet. The bonnet is the vent!

Paul

Dave.GSi, the car it came from beleive it or not- the bloke told me that somethign fell on it!!!

I don't kno what it was but the shell wasn't crushed just cracked, no side damage or front or rear.

The driver and passenger died. Both bumpers in mint nick.

Car was a state though. Someone else was there when i bought the vent, he took the seats, which were covered in blood.

NOT nice at all. :(

nasty shit. why would you want seats knowing two people died in them in a horrific accident :?:

Cos they are nice seats and prolly cheap?

dave.gsi

They do tend not to mention that sort of thing when advertising

I'd buy the house for sure.

You'd be a weardo for NOT buying it. I mean, SO WHAT!

If you want to think that deep, next time you buy a second hand car, think of what might have gone on in the passanger and rear seats. is that just a mayonaise stain on the seat from a night at mcdonalds???

That is a bloody nice bonnet/vent though. will look mint when its all done and on your car.

i think theres a slight difference if someones had sex in the back of your car and somone dying in it

Paul

I dont know. I thought that as well, but if he can get them valeted and all that, and they come out perfect, to be honest he had a bloody good deal. It's like ?40 for a pair of really nice seats. Despite somebody dieing in them, the bloke prolly thought he cum out with a good deal. :o

Personalluy I wouldn't buy them, I'm just thinking now, I've got a dead persons bonnet... :o :o :o

It will be right after a bit of fiber glass and a paint.

hehe, pun intended??

Paul

no pun intended, would have been quite clever though wouldnt it?

Getting it cut in for ?100. I dont want it smoothed in because it will crack, just cut in so it's level with the bonnet, not bad price eh?

Got to fix it myself though (laziness)

I don't understand what all the fuss is about, I could understand if the bllod was still wet but I'd just get 'em cleaned by the professionals and sell them to someone else for a nice phat profit!!

Think about the house you live in, say it's 70 years old (for example), do you ever think about if someone died in that house? Maybe they died in your very own bedroom? Maybe they died in their sleep in their bed in your bedroom!!!! Would it stop you going to sleep? Would you worry be bothered about it if you knew? You probably would but I doubt you'd of not bought the house if you'd of known beforehand!!

It's a fact of life, we ARE all going to die at sometime, it's the only thing in life that's guarenteed. Yeah it's a gruesome subject and not nice to think about but these things do happen unfortunatley. Live for the moment and enjoy life because no-one on this earth is promised a 'tomorrow'
