hahaha, would love a nova one day mate but there's not many id find for that sort of budget that aren't rusted and need off road work, i dont have off road storage though

Why does a std engine need a catch tank? Plum it back in and bin the tin can. Soz it looks sh*te.

I may be wrong here but I don't think the vx inlet box has the means to have the breather into it. Looks nice Jed, the monster tin must his quirky little touch lol. Dont forget recycle, re-use, reduce :thumb:

the vx box was caked in black paint that had reacted and went very rough... i polished it all down and smoothed off the welds
their a good bit to have for any 14/16xe imo. really feel a difference in high revvs

looks good, though i would route the throttle cable behind the box, rather than in front.

i did this yesterday after oiling it and it was a bit too tite.... came up through the gap in the lower inlet like iv seen a few people route it.... but after when i throttled it came off too slow :(

Not the best pic, but this is how i routed the cable on my last engine (goes behind the mantzel, i p-clipped it onto the std lower inlet,as theres a tapped m6 hole there anyway, then the cable curves onto the std hole on the bulkhead, which is the same place as the corsa) All bends in the cable are very gradual
