Any recommendations on working roof vents?

Any pictures of ones people are running on their Nova's?

Help appreciated, I don't want to fork out masses for a Carbon Fibre one, nor do I wish to skimp on the £26 jobbies (unless people have used them to good affect).

Thanks

Julian Wilkes has one fitted on his Rally car. Might be worth contacting him Mark CLICKYMYVENT

Could you use a Trooper vent? Having said that they might be a bit big

Just use a classic style Escos WRC one, they fit just about anything.

Same as the one pictured above.

Quite like the look of this one, I think Lee303 has this fitted to his Nova (on MIGWeb)

Southie...Thanks.
NathanSRi...Cheers, but it's the bit underneath that is most important and it's quite difficult to get a lower section with the vents in to match one of those.
Mike...Indeed.
Iain...Holy shizmitts that is super cheap for a carbon one.
jonn...2 things.....1, some git has dumped a redtop in your boot..lol 2. I need mine to feed the driver/co-driver with air as I have no dash. Thanks

£40 GRP Universal one is your friend then. £5 worth of Fiat Punto multi directional air vents and your onto a winner!

Where from Mike?

GRP classic style ones are always on eBay for around £20~40ish.

They do indeed. I still can't get it into my head how these fit properly. Bolted or bonded, how big a hole to cut etc

Got loads of them chopper, nothing new to me anymore :/

The two peices attach together with the roof skin in the middle, like a sandwich. Cut 3 or 4 2" holes either in a triangle (if 3) or sqaure (if 4) in the roof skin first though obviously lol

I personally wudnt bond it on pal. I bonded the one on my rally car and the 1day it decided to come off. Id use some nice Lil 5mm alloy bolts.
