Does anyone else have problems with viewing their online bills with N Power? They refuse to send me a paper bill, and tell me to go online instead, so when I try, they say there are currently no bills to view. They've 'billed' me twice now, so I assume there are at least 2 bills somewhere.
They are charging me on an estimated usage, so seeing as I use very little gas/electricity as I'm a scrooge, I would say I'm well in credit now, but can't see any bills to amend the DD amount. Just strikes me as being a bit dodgey.
