Wide track blocks

I'm in need of some blocks like these to extend my hub out from my shock arm. Can anybody help?

Countvauxalot made his own (the ones pictured)


You normaly have to speak to the shock manufacurer and get them to make a set of shocks with wider clamps.

I already have the coilovers so a new set ain't really an option. Cheers.
