Generally, if you don't have the seats themselves they can't touch you for it. However, the new MOT regs might screw you up a bit :/

But yeah, no seats = no need for seat belts :thumb:

Negative,If its Pre 86 (im 99% certain here as i had an 84 swing with no rear seatbelts,but cut the trim to install them myself anyway) then you DO NOT NEED THEM.IF NOT FITTED AS STANDARD THEN IT DOES NOT require a test for them.

Yeah the mountings are all there,just feel around the trim where they should be,then pierce with a drill bit etc.
