Cut it out and replace with new metal, only way to get rid of rust.
As above,imagine it like grey hairs,you can trim and colour it all you like but one day it will come back through!!

there good for short term but still good to rub down and then paint and eventually replace, i tend to use genolite

i'd have to replace loads floor pans, chassis legs, sills.
looking for alternative
might have to be sand blaster then
And risk going to collect a tray of brown powder??

wish someone would make a carbon fibre shell
so i could just build my parts onto it :)

The brush on rust killing stuff isn't really worth bothering with in my experience, I prefer using wire wheel\brush type drill attachments and attack untill you see shiney and not brown.

even then you should cut it out if you can only get to one side of the rot.
asbove or youl be chasing rust for ever f lol
