They struggle to fit under 14s so I'd say nay

No mate, I couldn't get 13's over mine, and as Jack says, they're rather snug under 14's. Some people shave the calliper down a bit to fit 14" alloys over as they're a bit thicker, I don't know if you could do it enough to get 13's over, or how safe it is lol

Either 236 vents, which apart from looking cool, are just as crap as non vents, or you look at corsa 236 calipers, they are way better, ot you buy some 14" astra steelies

Would probably need to grind half the caliper in half to fit lol

IN MY HUMBLE OPINION......never ever ever grind anything off a brake caliper
