Its been really bad round here with rain so hard its been like a wall of water you couldnt see through, the wind was really really bad, i was out delivering this morning and about two minutes before i went to one garage, the sign that hung above the entranceway was brought down by the wind.....

In that pic above, where it says brown's garage, it had another below it in red saying wallis auto engineering, its a thick wooden board, on a metal frame and the whole thing came down, bloody lucky as i parked my van at the entrance and walked down, if that had landed on anyones head it wouldve killed them:eek:

Ours hasn't been majorly bad, few wheelie bins over the place and rubbish flying. Plenty of good old rain tho.

Really windy here, a local gas supply station collapsed and has cut off all the gas out for 3 days in a area local to me.

Been running round with a 14" 6' high trailer on all day, did a couple of runs down to Exeter this morning with just loft insulation on, so as it weighs **** all i was getting chucked about a fair bit. all good fun though lol. this afternoon i've been heading north with a full load of juice on so has been much more stable.

Has been windy down in kent...wiped part of my garden fence out, indicating that I really should have repaired it properly in the summer! my misses enjoyed fighting with it in the gale force winds and rain though while I was at work in my "nice" warm van...lollollol

Nicked off another forum...made me chuckle.;)

Most nights i'm only parked up for nine hours so by the time i've had a shower and eaten its time for bed anyway. i do end up sitting around for hours some days so internet helps. and of course there is always giving people infractions on here, cause apparently that is really exciting

Last night was quiet, but Monday night was pretty blowy. 84mph recorded on Portsmouth apparently.

Glad I didn't have work yesterday as no sleep was had due to the weather trying to lift the roof off the house lol
