a mk1. they are far superior to the lowly mk2 in many ways.

well as your a girl, and can get lower insurance i would go for a gte/gsi but i think the last gte around our area was mine and that got scraped lmao, go for a 1.2 merit or 1.3/1.4 sr hun luxe anythng let me know how much you got to spend and shall look for you! x

Welcome to the forum! As said, try and get the best condition shell you can (any bits from the sporty models can be swapped over)

SR or 1.5td if you can find one tidy enough, preferably Mk1. A 1.2, 1.3 or 1.4 is best but if its a minter a 1.0 is worth getting. Putting a bigger small block in is a piece of pish.

Kent, in my experience, 2 of 3 of mine came from Kent, then again one was a bare shell and the other one broke quite often, so maybe you should go for swindon instead, where the other one was from lol

mine was on 34k with full vaux service history with full rust proofing for £150 :p (but shhh the extra doors dont count)

As said, get the best shell. Smaller engine would be better as Novas are ridiculous insurance, so forget trying to get a 'fast' one for a few years.
