Nothing in perticular Rich, other half wants a smaller car so im getting her a cheaper smaller car lol

And im looking for a smaller van, although that could get out of hand with modding, even seen a van with 888 bumper, sideskirts and wheels ;)

Performance Vauxhall Group. Especially handy for track days and has a good connection with PNG ;)

A red one by any chance? That was build by 888 with a Z20LET then sold by a dealer to a customer. Unfortunately the engine conversion was riddled with problems so it was bought back as the cost of putting it right was too much.
I think it is now owned by another dealer and was used as a showpiece but someone is now trying to buy it from them as a project.

mk4's are great cars, ive had 4 and a van. They just do everything so well, prefer them to the vxr i had. As said AOC, theres hundreds of scottish members, but hardly any are active (both on the forum or at shows/meets)

Mk4 Astras seem to be pretty well built. I love my Astra 888 :)

Thats what ive been looking at mate elec windows, air con, sport seats, alloys and colour coded bumper with fogs not a bad base to start with.

They are good cars, 1800 is probably the most reliable engine to go for. AOC isnt all that helpful alot of the time, they all echo each others wrong infomation

i had a 2001 black LS (lecky windows, volume controll, black trim, amp and tints...) 1.4xe astra. it was cheap, cheerful and an absolute pleasure to drive until the head gasket went on the same road i bought it from, ironically

wish i kept them ^ wheels though cos when they are painted white and have no centre caps they look so much like comps
