Xe Water Pipes - Carbs?

Hi all... What do you do with this pipe on the XE running carbs?

Im having a manifold made with a 18mm tube welded on for the water, however i wasnt sure wether to return that to the header tank, and then block off this pipe somehow...

Any ideas what people are currently doing?

I've seen people just use a silicone S bend to replace the 3way pipe...

***JONN*** What did you fill the pipe with? Looks like that would work for me haha....

Id like to fit a silicone s... However i dont want to buy the wrong size :)

Measure the 2 metal ends you have then order the pipe...

i just used some nylon bar and gasket sealer to be safe. you could buy the S and this from tx autosport

Cant find an S bend on ebay :(

Might measure the hole & find something to plug it with lol...

Go to Vauxhall and buy a new 1200/1400 S type hose, I think it was about 9 quid.

What carbs you running, bike or dcoe, I ran dcoe and Sbd do an inlet that incorporates the water jacket. Then you just remove the fitting from the standard fanimold and bolt it into the Sbd one and the it's just same as piping up an xe on injection
