BMW wheels are lower ET so it'll make it wider

A lot of the newer BMW's have quite a high offset similar to Vauxhall now but are all 5 stud. If you need 4 stud, new Mini wheels are ET45

afaik there's not much about with a higher offset than et49 - might be able to get some wellers or similar as they were custom made in all sorts of weird combinations

Cant you gain the clearence from machining the wheel or modifying the arches more?

agreed et49 is pretty high. can you fiddle with the camber at all?

i will try and move out the arches and run slight camber

Old Porsche rims are normally higher than 49. Some IIRC in the 60's but 5 stud of course
