Anyone used HTC Sync?

Having problems getting the Sensation connected to my laptop (Windows 7 SP1 64bit)

Windows won't install a driver and cannot even find one apparently. Phone just says 'couldn't find HTC Sync on your computer...'

Anyone encountered this or know a fix. Searched a few pages of google but not much help.

You need to download Zune to synchronise the HTC's I have just done it with mine, then it will also update it at the same time.

The main problem you have is that you got a HTC in the first place lol

The Sensation has to be the worst phone ever imo lol I managed to swap mine after a few weeks

I've had two HTC's both were rock solid no issues, the sensation has had no problems either - just wanna sync the data. It's probably something up with windows.

My Desire is awesome, just plugged it in and it picked everything up and did it for me... Back up, update, everything...
