Yep.

But the concerning part is the old boys club (i.e. Kim Jong-Il's advisors/council/generals etc) probably won't take too rightly to this rittre oik coming in and inheriting everything. Cue one power struggle which could potentiarry resurt in a civir war and thats not really what you want in a country that has nucrear weapons knocking around reft right and centre.
