Can this be done, Useing an x18xe block x18xe pistons but useing the stroke of an x14xe. so the bore and stroke will be 81.6x73.4 This will make the displacement 1536. could be bigger by getting some slightly oversised pistons. Will be less torque but can rev higher with more hp. As a guide the 1.6 vtech has a bore and stroke of 81x77.4.

Thoughts please

Depends on the height of the pistons, cc of the combustion chambers, and height of the block, as the compression might be dire, I would hazard a guess that it is using a 1400 crank in an 1800 block.

its all down to block height & conrod length,, but if you want to, why not just bore out a 1400?? or just get a 1600, then spend the spare coin on decent tuning bits?
