Does anyone know how to rip videos off of faceache?

As per title, I have managed to find a video of me sledding in the snow last year while p!ssed as a fart.

Might not sound much but I was celebrating my birthday, about to wind down for the night (bearing in mind this is about 2ish in the morning) then my mate came round with his transit and said I've made a sled shall we go for a spin? Nuff said eh?? Rather amusing seeing as me and my mate riding in it fell out out of it after traversing a well bumpy road and surviving most of it! lollol

Mate, if I can find a way of getting it off faceache then I will post it! However seeing as my brother isn't around to find me the original file, the only copy I can lay my hands on is the one from his faceache, hence the question lol

ive found a video on facebook, all i did was put my mouse over the video while it was playing and a box appeared in the top right corner giving me the option to download

i'm using google chrome and i have realplayer installed (dont know it that makes a difference)
