If your not the owner and registered keeper alot won't cover you so if you have an accident you may as well not have a policy as it's void
They (tempcover) will cover you on cars you don't own.
We can supply daily car insurance if you are not a named driver on an existing policy held by the person whose car you need to borrow for a period of 1 to 28 days. Tempcover has policies that let any qualified motorist drive a car that is not theirs, provided the vehicle has not been modified, has no more than 8 seats in total, is registered in Great Britain, Northern Ireland or the Isle of Man and has a minimum market value of £1,500
Cost me £25 for 24hours cover.
Didnt even read anything other than i was covered for the car i was borrowing.
Printed the certificate out in case i needed to show plod, thats all i was bothered about.

I don't trust them anymore me and one of my brothers got me covered on a beemer he was buying in luton everything was accepted and money taken later that day (after driving of around for the near whole 24 hours) got home and checked my emails and they sent me a message saying the policy was cancelled about 5 hours after being issued, I was lucky not to be caught by the old bills ampr cameras, never again for me to risky when I need my licence for my job
Why? As in, for what reason?
