C20XE Sump... Alternator FRONT MOUNT

Hi all.

After an XE sump in good condition

Also after a mount, to front mount my alternator... (there is a reason for this lol).. however im sure the vaux minis run this set up... Worst case il make one, cheers

Only person i know who did the front mount alt was Chris Tunnicliffe (nova--chris iirc)

"I brought the front mount conversion off Chris. I am currentley in the process of 'improving' it. I gather it worked fine etc though on his car which was track orientated.

I think tbh a adjustable bracket is easy enough to knock up !

Iirc a smaller jap alt was used in this conversion in the early days before hammering **** out of the chassis leg became the normal approach
