Right...
I recently purchased a house in Coventry, and have Novas growing out my ears... Will most likely be selling a couple over the next few weeks.
The car was purchased as a reshell for my Nova GTE road rally car, but it never happened. The car has been dry stored for the past 4 years. The shell is in really good condition, has had previous welding at the bottoms of both rear arches, but thats it. These were professionally done and treated. The welds were ground back and skimmed over. This was done 5+years ago and as the pics show, nothing has come back!
The car has approx 96K miles and is completely standard! Recently before I purchased it, it had the head gasket done, and drove fine when parked up. The battery is dead, and i haven't had a chance to try recently. The shell is a "faded" flame red and has a few parking dings/scrapes (previous lady owner) and would require a blow over. The bottom halves of the car were stoneguarded when I when started the reshell.
Overall it's a great condition shell, ideal for larger engine or run about!
Car is located in St. Albans, Herts.
No MOT or TAX.
***Update***
I've towed the car to my parents house this morning, viewing is welcome from there (St. Albans). Other than the obvious cosmetic issues, Faded paint and scrapes etc, the car is amazingly clean, rustfree and solid!
Green tint windows, all security etched.
All wings and arches are solid.
Top tint windscreen (small chip).
Inner wings solid.
Chassis legs solid.
Boot corners solid.
Rear panel solid.
Under headlights, rust free.
Front panel, rust free.
Bearings all free.
Brakes good, need bleeding.
No wear to interior (needs a clean).
