rite, im fitting a vx inlet (powerbox :roll:) to my corsa b (egg :roll:) 16xe (baby valver :roll:)...

im looking for the pipe that would goes from the standard air box to the throttle body wich bolts to the side of the powerbox.
iv heard somewhere and somewhere else............. that the following pipes fit:

1.2 8v corsa B
1.2 16v corsa C
1.7 mk2 cav


can anyone shed any light on this or give me a link/send me in the rite direction in getting one that fits fine and look reasonably tidy if possible





....also budget as ever :thumb:

edit - also may i add that 40 bob on a samco jobby isnt my type of budget....

Just use the original one off the engine?

would a 45 degree silicone pipe fit? may have found one of those


edit - no it wont so iv heard

found out its doesnt have a bend in it but i seriously dont know what to use
i know the throttle body is about 60mm and the air box about 63mm ish but distance between the and size of the wire connector that goes in is a mystery

anyway this is the best i can find, dunno if anyone on here can help me

just go to the scrappy and rip the rubber flexy pipe of a escort airbox or even a rover dude thats what i did i used a metro one on a cone filter and escort one on the box

did it fit fine and did it have the sensor hole in the pipe?

it did fit and no i mad a hole and used tiger seal to seat it properly
