ok for a laugh I want to remove to springs n the rear of my nova so it sit's on the bump stops :lol:
so what I wanna know is, is it gonna be safe for the arches?
also would it be possible for the front springs to be removed?
P.S. I'm running 15's with 195/45's

all I was gonna do was remove the springs just to see how it would look :lol:

if it's gonna do any damage then I won't do it, but there standard shocks with standard bump stops and I always thought with a -60mm drop it could bottom out anyway?
support the car on jacks/stands as well.

get somme standard spring snd cut in half with andle grinder it looks just like 120 mm drop i have done before
I am breaking a Nova GSi firstly I removed the rear springs
& the rear wheel touched the inner quarters, the car will not roll/tow anymore (Std. steelies).
I'm scrapping this car, so I didn't give a fcuk, but removing the springs could damage the shocks.
Just Photoshop it instead !!

Is that so? So how did you get the springs to sit on the spring cups after this then?
