just home from gran canaria yesterday and its something like -4 and snow on the ground
thank god i've taken a few days off, dont think i could handle working outside again yet, hopefully the snow gets worse and its snowday at the pub tomoro! about an inch at mine just now, probably a couple inches up the road where its a bit higher

After last year I am not a fan of the horrible shlte either.... Every one in work was hoping for being snowed in tomorrow. But as I am trying to gather up as much money as possible, I'll be in whatever it's like tomorrow = one of the fellas on my shift who lives down the road from me will have to come in too.... He's not happy lol

I love snow, everyone else in my office hates it. And hates me too.

The rules are, if nobody can get in, we get given the day off for 'free'. If one person gets in, nobody gets the day off free. Guess who is the one person who always gets in when it snows?

the only snow i saw this morning was in stoke on trent, on the windows of vans and car driving way too fast down the A50.. with a full load of bricks, my wagon & drag was getting the traction control light going on, on all the black ice that was about!!!

I'm dreading the snow ths year, My everyday car is a mini cooper (real one) where a previous owner lowered the front and its on falcons, great adhesion on dry warm days, I can wheelspin in 3rd in the rain easily!

My job has me travelling from place to place on a timetable somedays with no extra time, can't wait

6.15am this morning I went outside to find a light dusting of frozen solid snow on the car.

TBH I dont know why everyone gets so worried about driving in snow though, theres nothing to it all.

Yeah ok, a couple of years ago I did snap a shock absorber in half driving in the snow, but it was my own fault for reinacting the carpark scene from Tokyo Drift in a Corsa B :/ but other then that, meh, ill still do a 30 mile commute to work in the snow regardless.
