water pump removal problem

hi im changing the water pump on my 1.3 sr engine
having abit of trouble i've removed the 3 bolts but it seems to be stuck solid

any help would be great

On a serious note try and rotate it back and forth using water pump pliers to loosen it.

get a long pole and rest it against one of the ridges on the pump and give it a sharp hit, that should free it up

everytime i replace a water pump i put synthetic grease on the rubber o ring to stop this happening

a bit superglue and it'd be re-usable
