View Full Version : removing front tie bar arms
i need to get my shell rolling to roll it on and off a trailer...seeing as ive pretty much lost all my bolts to put the suspension back on lol, could i get away with rolling it around on just the wishbones and shocks?

no as the wheel will just flop back and forth in the arch the bolts that go horizontal in the frnt cross member are just m10 standard thread
hmm, best find some bolts then lol.

bolts that hold the tie bar to bottom arm also hold your balljoint so defanatly need them
yeh the only bolts i dont think i can find after the cross member ones. (as well as the wishbone ones and the rear beam ones) but i can lash something up
Probably be OK just with cable ties throught he bolt holes if it's a bare rolling shell? There's not really that much stress on it is there!
thats my backup plan haha
threaded bar with some nuts for temp measures lol
Are the horizontal bolts for the tiebars and weird thread, definately not normal ones
