What part do you need help with, the actual removal of the old stuff and fitting of the new stuff? Have you never done suspension before? It really isn't hard.

Undo these two bolts that are holding the strut to the hub

Undo these two shiny bolts on the top of the turrets

Best to have someone holding the suspension by the bottom of the strut so it doesn't drop and bounce off the car/toes.

For the bottom undo the bolt at the bottom of the shock here, its a bit hard to see in this pic as it blends in with the rest of the rust but surely you know where it is?

One nut inside the car on the rear suspension top, car needs to be jacked up for the springs to fall out, don't jack on the axle as they wont fall out.

What wheels are you using? Can you not adjust the camber to suit?

If they have those little flat springs in, remove those and if you still have spring to tyre issues get shorter springs.
