SPOTTED : White mk2 w/polycarbs > A449

As above, spotted a K plate, white mk2 with polycarbs (4 holes cut in them) travelling towards Penkridge on the A449 saturday about 2.30pm

Any know who? looked smart..

Thought it might have Lionel, but iirc hes got eleccy windows fitted..
