The council put the xmas lights up on the street lights at the weekend. Looks nice imo. Better than some skanky tree and a snowman with a caved in face in someones porch. lol

I left some of the Xmas lights up all year, can't be bothered to fall down the stairs twice a year taking them down.

jack, i saw a bus full of grannies (heading to the isle of widget) with xmas decos in october..

and a friend of my brother works for a large xmas tree supplier & they were digging them up in september, with the cut ones in october!!!!!!!!!!!
