I'd realy REALY advise people not to use the above combination.

Booked for collection on the 17th. no show.
Rebooked for collection on the 21st. no show.
Rebooked AGAIN for the 22nd after the second row with the online chat help thing. No show.
Now rebooked for the ****ing 4th time for the 23rd, and they've changed the courier to citylink.

Now i know this isnt because they cant find my house, as for the second collection i gave them my workplaces adress. Two days i've taken off work unpaid over this **** too.

Job was booked with parcel2go.com, and the courier was a 2 day service with "yodel". Talking to my boss (i work at a courier company as a driver belive it or not, but got quoted over £100 to do it via them) he says that yodel are about the worst you can go for, send via citylink or royal mail. Parcel2go's help service is also absolute ****, as all they do is apologise and rebook. They wont give you a depot adress to take it there yourself, and it takes around 10-15mins for each reply back from them. All in it took me just over an hour to give them my package number, adress, and email adress, ask them if i could take it to the depot myself, and point out that i'd lost two days work over it all.

Posted this up as a warning to anyone else buying/selling parts on here. Citylink were brilliant however when booked through P2G, arrived at 11 the next day and phil recived his springs on time.

Yodel + P2G =

By the sounds of things, P2G isn't exactly the problem, it's the company (yodel) that are the problem. Never used the site myself (mainly due to the lack of knowing about it lol) but I shall bear this in mind if I do use it!

P2G is responsible for the cack customer support. If everything goes fine with the couriers then P2G are great. However should something go tits up, dont expect much help sorting it out.

Yodel? dont even get me started!

It is really gay when people don't turn up like they are supposed to. Where have I heard that one before Iain?? ;)

Citilink are fcuking useless at times too. Their whole customer service ethos is totally misguided.

Yodel and herpes are both utterly useless companies. We had a parcel delivered to us when all that was similar was the door number and town lol, I called yodel up to get them to collect and deliver to the right place and they got the **** ache with me..... douchebags.

Luckily our UPS driver that covers the office isnt as much of a pain as you merry :p

They're brutal - I was getting parts delivered and they were late. I called there office and they passed me a mobile number to call the driver for an update. Phoned him, he said he was in my town and would drop the part off tomorrow and then proceeded to tell me that he'd been to two customers and the scanner had broke and asked what should he do? He thought I worked for Yodel. After we sorted that out I asked why he couldn't drop my part off just now if he was in the area - said he'd have to look for the part. He ended up turning up in a Y reg Vectra at 7 that night!

I use Yodel through P2G quite often with zero problems.

One of the most punctual and lowest price services out there! My delivery bloke is sound, even rings me when he's near (always afternoon). lol

Its ok, they are insured for somewhat more than it cost us to make, so matters not once it goes on the truck lol

Belive me, i know how parcels are handled...i know what i do to em anyway on a daily basis lol

Regarding the thing with the guy showing up in the vectra, that happens when the big companies have ballsed it up propperly. they then call in the small expensive companies like the one i work for to bail them out of the ****, and i rock up at your door in a nova belching diesel smoke everywhere :)
