nova gte engine?

prob a really silly question but would the block and head from a gte work with my 1200 inlet and carb with my f10 5 speed box?
been offered the gte stuff really cheap but no inlet system or box????

in a word NO

1. the block won't fit the f10 gearbox, as the clutch/flywheel is bigger & the starter is further out. you need an f13
2. the inlet of a 1.2 has 'cathedral ports' as in they are shaped like cathedral windows, the gte has round ports.

what do you call cheap?

If you get the block and stuff I have spare inlet loom ecu injectors etc, pm me if you want more info

cheap as in whole engine with inlet and loom, ecu etc but no box and fuel pump for £50
