think my turbo gone!!!!!!

hi all think my turbo gone on nova when on boost it smokes and sometimes on tick ova
but doesnt smoke when driving it normal ie 30-40 mph lol and also got oil coming out of dump valve does this sound like turbo if so ive got it in for reconditioing next friday thanks

Sounds like the turbo oil seals to me

thats what i thought taking it next friday to have it reconditiond so will see when it comes back lol
