have you used rubber grease to fit the o ring??
no just rubbed oil round the new before fitting
Theres little seals inside the dizzy too iirc there not leaking are they?
you obviously have a lot of crankcase pressure, either the breather is goosed, or the engine is in need of a rebuild
which breather would most likly to be block mowgli?

Eh?? based on what evidence?
LOADS of xe and lets leak from the dizzy and have absolutely nothing to do with how the engine is breathing - if the crankcase was was pressurising to the point where it was blowing the dizzy seal - the dipstick would have to be welded shut! lol
There are two seals on the dizzy - the bigger seal around the 'body' of the dizzy itself and (as I discovered) a small o-ring that sits on the dowel that slots into the cam... check yours is still there, before you panic too much!
