1.6 16v into 1.2?

Right i know before you lot say bla bla bla its been covered 100 times etc etc i know it will go straight in on small block nova mounts with shafts and mpi pump tank etc etc. But how does the wiring work? with transponder and all that bollox? :thumb:

sorry to hijack your thread mate,
i've been fitting a x14xe in a nova and the transponder from the tigra
has seven wires and the diagram on the "how to thread" says six wires

my spare wire is a brown with a thin red trace
anybody know where it goes????????????????

any help gets rep

whenn i done mine i only used 4 of the wire on the transponder the thin red blue trace one goes to the speed sender and the other to the ecu i will dig out my wiring diagrams and post the for you bud
