first hit on google for youtube to mp3 convertor works fine for me.

Firefox has a plethora of addons which can download youtube videos. Some take you to sites which rip direct to a downloadable MP3; others will downlaod the FLV, then use good ol' SuperC to convert to MP3.

Don't forget to download decent quality vids, as audio on anything 480k or below tends to be shoite. lol

DVD video soft do a good one - also have a whole load of other free software which is all free and useful

Videos hosted on youtube belong to the uploader in terms of copyright, so it can only really be defined on a clip-by-clip basis. Its not a clear cut thing, unlike something like EPC where GM say its not for private use unless you pay them lots of dollar for example

nevermind got it downloaded and listening to atm before i go to sleep, not a good idea though lol

i can upload the mp3 if anyone else wants it, saves them having to convert it
