help with POS clio power steering....

as above, fitted a new rack and subframe to a clio 1.816v , all was well apart from every bolt snapping off etc, put it back together, filled the pot with oil, same as every car ive ever done, turned it lock to lock, and it wont bleed or work, no kinks in the pipes, and everything is were it should be, im drawing a blank???:confused:

did that, the fuild is pumping round when you jack it up and use your arms turning the wheels side to side, its asif the rack is broken

you say it wont work? ie doesnt turn with the steering wheel only by hand? you did make sure there wasnt any bungs where the pipes screw in?
