Another Nova Finished

this is the latest full build we finished. even though i haven't touched the car in 6 weeks and haven't seen it finished in the flesh but will in another month or so!
Was finished yesterday and they emailed me the pics.
It was a reshell job with full bare shell respray. GSi engine and blue sr interior. again a new set of Speedlines were fitted to this one.

The guys also took a few of my Green one in case i get home sick!!

as you can see they aren't far off standard look but that was the intention with these two

nie. are brand new nova shells stil available enywhere or not? i have heard that you can still get turbo diesel ones from germany. is this right or not?

ya Mike that was another mint shell. the boot floor looked as if the spare wheel never was out and it smelt new under the boot carpet.
Its a 1993 shell too so thats good!
I hope to fit a set of new sideskirts and a front splitter and tidy up the green one before Trax. but ill only have a week from when i get home to when its on!!

I just hope Trax is a good show for Vaux/Nova meeting. i know its a massive and excellent show overall but you know what i mean.
And as for a place to kip.......you will be hearing from me.
I'd say we will probably make a long weekend out of it and plan to buy quite a bit too!!!

last i heard the last shells are gone but that was a place up north that got a batch from GM. Maybe there are new shells somewhere. can anyone shed any light on this? i would certainly be interested if they could be got.

16" x 6.5" i think the last time i saw some avdertised new they were ?699 but i also heard they stopped making them, so god knows, perhaps theres loads left in Ireland? Get some Euros and go shopping :!:

we bought those two sets of speedlines about 3 months ago from Wheelbase. 699 is about right but i got a better deal for two sets!!! :D

It's all a scam! Wheelbase have been running the 'last set/whilst stocks last/no longer in production' adverts for them for the last 3 years now!

Yet they keep magically appearing from somewhere.
