whats better pro sport or FK coilovers?

Well don't know if it helps but my brother has fk coilovers on his punto after they were set up it handled like it was on Rails mate

pro sport is rebadged Jamex. i have them on the E30

i have fkG4 coilovers on mine with blue springs along with the helper springs

i think they are actually ok bit stiff but thats what you want, i dont think mines were the cheapest fk ones though as there are different types
