Mk2 Blue/grey bumper colour???

I am trying to semi-restore the Sx. Plans are to respray all the bumpers and window surrounds the blue/grey colour them came in, I just wanted to know what is the best colour to use. I will be using 2k paint and want about 2 litres of it as it will also be used on a friends nova, and lewis' Sr's Side skirts and splitters.

Would I need a matting agent or is there a off the shelf colour that is a pretty good match as I want a 'satin' finish ideally.

Can't you just give the plastics a good coating of olive oil to get em back to where they're supposed to be?

Yes I could but I am smoothing them, plus I am painting the window surrounds, door handles, grab rail, fuel cap and sunroof surround.
