Found my old nova...

Sold it as a shell a few years back, looks like its been passed around a few times as its now in Essex. I did want it back, but not now!

It needs some bodywork, and a rebuild by the looks of it. (mechanically)

What had you done to it. And how good was the shell?

Shell was ok, I had repaired rear arches and cill, but left it in primer as I could never be arsed with how it looked on the outside, hence the now 2tone paint. Engine bay was all stitch welded, cav shifter (which is still there by looks of things), corsa brake servo on bulkhead, corsa steering column (rewelded so the driving postition was straight).

Is this the one that had vx stack dials fitted? Looks a good buy for 500 imo, watching it just incase :P

Yes it did have the VXdash, but they were all sold seperately, I basicly broke the car into parts, the chap just bought the shell (and some interior), engine mounts and exhaust off me, then refitted a standard dash and put another XE into it.
And yes, it is the famous ringroad nova!
