Birmingham NEC classic car show

Hi all

as above me and the old man have got tickets for the show on friday and saturday

i was wondering has anyone off here been before or going this year , and how good is it ?

oh and will there be any novas on display lol

there will be novas on display from another forum i belive, i was going to show mine but the price of putting it on the stand, leaving it and going bk to collect 5 days later worked out at £400+, so i left it, im going with the family to have a look instead.

I know where your coming from Mr Merris, I has my Sport on the stand @3 years ago, with the petrol. 2nd car and accomodation, etc I think it cost @ £600ish!!!!!!:eek:

If your at the Covent Garden Motor Show this year keep your eyes out for the fully carbon bodied Noble M600. We/I made that :) (Seriously).

It's awesome went with my brother last year and it's car porn! I saw a couple of sports there and the top gear show was class! Highly recommend it oh and the trade stalls are half decent to!

Keep a look out for a metalic British racing green caterham, fitted with a Pinto on 45's.
We did some paint & body work on it at Leeds city collage. The car is being given away as a prize in a competition held by Practical Performance (Magazine). Not at the NEC but later this year.
